Note:

We have the possibility to the speed up the process through Macau where documents can be submitted to the Portuguese Consulate or reservation fees paid directly to our property partners in Portugal, and also bank accounts opened in Macau by a Portuguese bank. This simplifies the process of buying property once in Portugal, and often the processing time of a Golden Visa. Many of the key stages of buying property for a Golden Visa can be done by power of attorney through our partner law firm CCA.
